• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years in business analysis or digital operations.
• Experience mapping end-to-end processes.
• Proven ability redesigning for agentic/AI automation.
• Experience with AI/automation tools (low-code, RPA, process mining).
• Familiarity with generative AI tools in daily work (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
• Awareness of BusinessOptix or Signavio for process mapping.

Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst supports the Director of Business Analysis and plays a key role in implementing agentic and AI-enabled capabilities across Global Operations. In this role, you will bring strong expertise in business analysis, process redesign, digital transformation, and change enablement to help global teams adopt intelligent workflows that drastically improve efficiency, decision quality, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirements Elicitation: Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements that guide AI-enabled workflows and automation initiatives. Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure outcomes are measurable and aligned.
• Process Redesign & Value Stream Mapping: Lead end-to-end process mapping and improvement initiatives. Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, recommend automation opportunities, and design optimized agentic workflows.
• Human-Agent Collaboration Design: Define workflows that enable seamless collaboration between automated agents and human expertise, ensuring strict transparency, quality, and compliance.
• AI Adoption & Change Management: Contribute to building an AI-ready organizational culture. Enable the smooth adoption of digital workflows through structured stakeholder engagement, communication, and targeted training.
• Data-Driven Decision Making & Metrics: Define, track, and analyze success metrics to validate assumptions, measure automation impact, and demonstrate speed, quality, and scalability improvements across processes.
• AI Fluency & Experimentation: Maintain a strong working knowledge of agentic systems and AI technologies. Explore new capabilities and features to identify high-value opportunities for workflow innovation.

Qualifications:

• Must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis, process transformation, or digital operations (ideally within large-scale, AI-enabled environments).
• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end process mapping and workflow improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience redesigning processes to enable agentic and AI-driven automation.
• Experience working with AI or automation tools such as low-code platforms, RPA, process mining, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in daily work to craft effective prompts and treat AI as a collaborative problem-solving partner.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., BusinessOptix is preferred but not mandatory; Signavio or similar tools are highly acceptable).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable business insights.
• Demonstrated agile mindset with experience in iterative improvement and rapid learning.
• Natural curiosity for emerging technology trends and a strong willingness to explore AI capabilities through pilots and prototypes.

Preferred / Negotiable Qualifications (Plus Points)

• Background or knowledge in legal, content, or operational domains within regulated or process-driven industries.
• Lean or Six Sigma backgrounds.
• Relevant industry certifications.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required (up to 10–20%), including domestic and international locations.
