Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable processes, requirements, and test solutions. You will leverage agentic AI expertise to define AI-enabled workflows and governance with human oversight, while collaborating with global stakeholders across North America and Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, process analysis, or a related role.
• Proven experience in business and process analysis, including requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process design, and impact analysis.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans and cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Proven experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional, and virtual teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
• Willingness to work a permanent night-shift schedule in Manila

Responsibilities
