Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Manila to translate business needs into scalable processes, requirements, and AI-enabled solutions. You will work with global stakeholders across North America and Asia Pacific to define workflows and governance, and to develop test plans for AI-powered systems.

Responsibilities include analyzing agentic AI workflows, coordinating with product teams, and driving improvements through data analysis and SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience in requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans and test cases for functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows and governance controls.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across global cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work a permanent night-shift schedule in Manila.

• Promote quality and consistency through coaching, knowledge sharing, and quality reviews.

• Proven experience in business and process analysis, including requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process design, and impact analysis.
• Hands‐on experience creating and executing test plans and cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Proven experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem‐solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across global, cross‐functional, and virtual teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‐quality results.
• Willingness to work a permanent night‐shift schedule in Manila
