Willis Towers Watson in Manila seeks a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable processes, requirements, and test solutions, leveraging agentic AI expertise.

You will define AI-enabled workflows, governance controls, and human oversight, collaborating with global stakeholders across North America and Asia Pacific.

The role involves testing plans, data analysis with SQL, and applying Agile and SDLC practices to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, process analysis, or a related role.
• Proven experience in business and process analysis, including requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process design, and impact analysis.
• Hands‐on experience creating and executing test plans and cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Proven experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote quality and consistency through coaching, knowledge sharing, and quality reviews.

• Willingness to work a permanent night‐shift schedule in Manila
