Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is hiring an AI & Automation Developer I. The role supports design, development, testing, and maintenance of automation and AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and business processes.

You will build expertise in software development, RPA, AI, and systems integration while contributing to project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related courses.
• 1–2 years of experience in software development, automation, AI, or related disciplines.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with automation platforms, databases, APIs, and machine learning concepts is an advantage.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and support automation workflows, scripts, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and enhance existing automation applications.
• Assist in solution design, technical documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Apply programming, machine learning, and data processing techniques to support automation initiatives.
