Job summary

Genpact in Manila is seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements, map processes, and document solutions that enable technology initiatives across functions.

You will work with stakeholders and AI-enabled tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to identify opportunities and support delivery, while learning across business analysis, solution design, and process improvement in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams, you will gather requirements, understand processes, document solutions and support the delivery of technology initiatives.

• Leveraging tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot and internally developed AI capabilities, you will help identify opportunities to improve how work is performed and how solutions are delivered.

• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, solving problems and exploring new technologies. You will have the opportunity to develop skills across business analysis, solution design, Artificial Intelligence and process improvement while contributing to a broad range of initiatives across Commodities and Global Markets.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Exposure to Claude, Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled ways of working. (other tools are ok – comfort with using AI is needed)

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience supporting business, technology, transformation, or process improvement initiatives. – stakeholder management focus, note taking, understanding current system.

• Familiarity with structured problem solving, requirements gathering or process analysis techniques.

• Exposure to Agile delivery practices and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience process improvement – industry is not strict.

• A curious and analytical mindset, with the ability to understand business challenges, identify opportunities and contribute to practical solutions.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.

• Ability to simplify complex information and translate it into clear, structured and actionable outcomes.

• Interest in emerging technologies and a desire to explore how Artificial Intelligence can improve the way work is performed and solutions are delivered.

• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-changing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
