Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable processes, requirements, and test solutions. You will collaborate with global stakeholders across North America and Asia Pacific to define AI-enabled workflows and governance controls.

You will define requirements, test plans, and performance metrics, leveraging SQL and data analysis to validate outcomes. The role requires 3-5 years in business analysis and willingness to work permanent night shifts in Manila.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, process analysis, or a related role.
• Proven experience in business and process analysis, including requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process design, and impact analysis.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans and cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Proven experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional, and virtual teams.
• Willingness to work a permanent night-shift schedule in Manila.

Responsibilities

• Define business processes, requirements, governance controls, and operational readiness for technology enabled and AI-enabled solutions.
• Analyze agentic AI workflows, including agent behavior, integrations, decision boundaries, and human oversight controls.
• Partner with product managers, developers, domain experts, and stakeholders to define scalable, testable solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate business rules, AI agent behavior, integrations, exceptions, and user acceptance criteria.
• Perform impact, root-cause, and process analyses to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage SQL and data analysis to validate outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making.
• Apply Agile and SDLC practices across requirements, testing, implementation, and post-release support.
• Promote quality and consistency through coaching, knowledge sharing, and quality reviews.
