Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Manila to translate business needs into scalable processes, requirements, and test solutions. You will leverage agentic AI expertise to define AI-enabled workflows and governance while collaborating with global stakeholders across North America and Asia Pacific.

You will define business processes, analyze AI workflows, and partner with product teams to deliver scalable, testable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business/systems analysis experience.
• Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on with test plans and test cases for various testing types.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows and governance.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable business processes, requirements, governance controls, and readiness for tech-enabled solutions.
• Analyze agentic AI workflows, agent behavior, and human oversight boundaries.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, domain experts, and stakeholders to craft solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate rules, AI behavior, integrations, and UAT.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will translate business needs into scalable processes, requirements, and test solutions. You will leverage agentic AI expertise to define AI-enabled workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements while collaborating with global stakeholders across North America and Asia Pacific.

Performance Objectives

• Define business processes, requirements, governance controls, and operational readiness for technology-enabled and AI-enabled solutions.
• Analyze agentic AI workflows, including agent behavior, integrations, decision boundaries, and human oversight controls.
• Partner with product managers, developers, domain experts, and stakeholders to define scalable, testable solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate business rules, AI agent behavior, integrations, exceptions, and user acceptance criteria.
• Perform impact, root-cause, and process analyses to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage SQL and data analysis to validate outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making.
• Apply Agile and SDLC practices across requirements, testing, implementation, and post-release support.
• Promote quality and consistency through coaching, knowledge sharing, and quality reviews.

The Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, process analysis, or a related role.
• Proven experience in business and process analysis, including requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process design, and impact analysis.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans and cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Proven experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional, and virtual teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.

Willingness to work a permanent night-shift schedule in Manila.
