Job summary

E-team Workforce Private Corporation in Manila is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable processes, requirements, and test solutions, with a focus on agentic AI-enabled workflows and governance.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders across North America and Asia Pacific, define test plans, analyze data with SQL, and apply Agile/SDLC practices to deliver high-quality solutions while coaching teams for quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience in requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with test plans and test cases (functional, integration, regression, UAT).
• Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions and agentic AI workflows.
• Proficient in Agile, SDLC, SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and across global teams.
• Willingness to work permanent night shift in Manila.

Responsibilities

About you

• Proven experience in business and process analysis, including requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process design, and impact analysis
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans and cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Proven experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and system integrations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional, and virtual teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results
• Willingness to work a permanent night-shift schedule in Manila
