Job summary

E-team Workforce Private Corporation in Manila is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable processes, requirements, and test solutions, with a focus on agentic AI-enabled workflows and governance.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders across North America and Asia Pacific, define test plans, analyze data with SQL, and apply Agile/SDLC practices to deliver high-quality solutions while coaching teams for quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience in requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with test plans and test cases (functional, integration, regression, UAT).
• Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions and agentic AI workflows.
• Proficient in Agile, SDLC, SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and across global teams.
• Willingness to work permanent night shift in Manila.

Responsibilities

• Define business processes, requirements, governance controls, and operational readiness for technology-enabled and AI-enabled solutions.
• Analyze agentic AI workflows, including agent behavior, integrations, decision boundaries, and human oversight controls.
• Partner with product managers, developers, domain experts, and stakeholders to define scalable, testable solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate business rules, AI agent behavior, integrations, exceptions, and user acceptance criteria.
• Perform impact, root-cause, and process analyses to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage SQL and data analysis to validate outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making.
• Apply Agile and SDLC practices across requirements, testing, implementation, and post-release support.
• Promote quality and consistency through coaching, knowledge sharing, and quality reviews.
