Job summary

IGO TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable processes, requirements, and test solutions. You will define AI-enabled workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements while collaborating with stakeholders across North America and Asia Pacific.

You will analyze agentic AI workflows, develop test plans, and leverage SQL to validate outcomes, supporting agile delivery and SDLC practices in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, process analysis, or a related role.
• Proven experience in business and process analysis, including requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process design, and impact analysis.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans and cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Proven experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional, and virtual teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Define business processes, requirements, governance controls, and operational readiness for technology-enabled and AI-enabled solutions.
• Analyze agentic AI workflows, including agent behavior, integrations, decision boundaries, and human oversight controls.
• Partner with product managers, developers, domain experts, and stakeholders to define scalable, testable solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate business rules, AI agent behavior, integrations, exceptions, and user acceptance criteria.
• Perform impact, root-cause, and process analyses to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage SQL and data analysis to validate outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making.
• Apply Agile and SDLC practices across requirements, testing, implementation, and post-release support.
• Promote quality and consistency through coaching, knowledge sharing, and quality reviews.
