Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, process analysis, or related roles.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process design, and impact analysis.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans and tests for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Proven experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across global, cross-functional, and virtual teams.
• Willingness to work a permanent night-shift schedule in Manila.
