Job summary

Hire Overseas seeks a Senior Bookkeeper to own the accounting function for a US-based client. You will oversee AP, AR, payroll, GL, and monthly reconciliations while producing financial statements and analyses for leadership.

This hands-on role requires US GAAP knowledge, strong Excel skills, and Applied Epic experience. You will work remotely with a team of 20–25, aligning with US Central Time hours and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Applied Epic or similar agency management/accounting systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP/AR, payroll, GL, and monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for management.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Identify inefficiencies and optimize accounting workflows.
