Job summary

BooksTime, Inc. is seeking a qualified accountant to join our fast-growing US-based accounting team. This role offers 100% remote work with a flexible schedule and a diverse client base served from Manila.

You will own client accounts from daily transactions to financial analysis, working with English-speaking clients and teams. Ideal candidates have a BS Accountancy, at least 3 years end-to-end accounting experience, and proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, plus familiarity with US GAAP.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or similar degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with US GAAP and working with US-based clients.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client accounts from daily transactions to financial analysis.
• Prepare and present financial statements under US GAAP.
• Coordinate with managers in Ukraine and the USA.
• Utilize tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, Bill.com, and Sage.
