Job summary

DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to own day-to-day bookkeeping and the financial close across two entities from a remote setup in the Philippines.

The role requires 3+ years of bookkeeping, strong QBO expertise, and the ability to manage intercompany transactions, bank reconciliations, and payroll using Gusto. You will work with international teams and support CPA activities in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience including month-end close and financial reporting.
• Advanced hands-on QuickBooks Online experience with the ability to independently maintain books.
• Experience reconciling intercompany transactions and preparing P&L and balance sheets, plus payroll support with Gusto.

Responsibilities

• Own the general ledger in QBO across two legal entities.
• Lead the monthly close process with timely financial reporting.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transfers and transactions.
• Prepare accurate P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Manage accounts payable, payroll using Gusto, and maintain audit-ready records.
