Job summary

DOXA Talent in Manila (remote) seeks an experienced Bookkeeper to own day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple legal entities, maintaining QuickBooks Online and supporting CPA and fractional CFO.

You will lead month-end close, perform reconciliations, and prepare P&L statements and balance sheets with audit-ready records.

Advanced English and meticulous attention to detail are essential to thrive in a fast-growing, fully remote team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience including month-end close and financial reporting.
• Experience preparing and reviewing P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Experience managing accounts payable and bill payments; multi-entity bookkeeping and intercompany reconciliation preferred.
• Gusto payroll and audit/tax support experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger in QuickBooks Online for two entities.
• Own the monthly close and complete reconciliations (bank, credit card, balance sheet).
• Record and reconcile intercompany transfers and ensure accurate statements.
• Prepare accurate P&L statements and balance sheets; ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable and payroll processing; provide audit-ready records.
