Job summary

Hive Health Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to ensure accurate accounting records, manage month-end close, and support regulatory compliance in the Philippines. You will guide junior staff and strengthen policies while maintaining high audit readiness.

The role requires a CPA and at least four years of relevant experience, with willingness to work onsite twice weekly in Ortigas, Pasig. Relevant regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA certification required.
• At least 4 years of accounting experience with audit & month-end close.
• Solid knowledge of PH regulatory requirements (PFRS, BIR, SEC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bookkeeping & Month-End Close: ensure timely close activities.
• Prepare Financial Statements & Reports: balance sheets, income, cash flow.
• Manage the General Ledger: journal entries, accruals, adjustments.
• Reconcile Accounts: bank and balance sheet reconciliations; resolve items.
• Ensure Financial Compliance: align with PFRS and regulatory needs.
• Coordinate Audits: provide schedules and docs for audits.
• Maintain Policies & Controls: implement internal controls.
• Perform Financial Analysis: review variances and movements.
• Support the Accounting Team: guide juniors and escalate issues.
