Hive Health Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Accountant to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s accounting records. You will oversee bookkeeping, month-end close, and the preparation of financial statements, while supporting regulatory compliance and audits.

You will guide junior team members and help strengthen policies and controls. This role requires onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig twice weekly and a strong foundation in Philippine accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and CPA certification.
• At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience with audit and month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Philippine regulatory requirements.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig twice a week.

Responsabilités

• Oversee bookkeeping and month-end close to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
• Manage the general ledger, journal entries, accruals and adjustments.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts; investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with PFRS and regulatory bodies (BIR, SEC, Insurance Commission).
• Coordinate audits with internal teams.
• Maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Perform financial analysis of account movements and variances.
• Support and mentor junior accounting staff.
