Beehive-BPO Corp in the Philippines seeks an experienced accounting professional to own day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end close. You will manage QuickBooks Online, code transactions, handle payables/receivables, payroll, bank reconciliations, and produce board-ready statements.

The role demands 5–7 years of accounting experience, an associate degree or higher, ERP experience, and strong Excel skills. You must be dependable, able to multi-task, meet monthly deadlines, and maintain internal

• Associates degree or higher in accounting or business.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience.
• Experience using QuickBooks.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet monthly deadlines.
• Experience in an ERP environment and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting and monthly financial processes.
• Manage QuickBooks Online and transaction coding.
• Full monthly bookkeeping and month-end close.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process monthly bills, checks and electronic payments.
• Payroll processing and payroll journal entries.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Budgeting, forecasting and budget-to-actual reporting.
• Board-ready financial reporting and audit support.
• Coordinate with external CPA/tax firm and maintain internal controls.
