Job summary

HRTX is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations in a growing Philippines-based organisation. You will manage general bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, VAT and BIR compliance, payroll support, and month-end closing, coordinating with the Head of Accounting and other internal teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant bookkeeping or general accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax requirements (BIR filings, VAT, withholding taxes).
• Experience with payroll computation and statutory contributions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the general ledger with accurate, timely transaction entries.
• Handle AP/AR, vendor invoices, customer payments, disbursements, and collections follow-ups.
