Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a seasoned Bookkeeping and Payroll specialist to manage data entry, general ledger maintenance in Xero, and weekly cash flow reporting from Angeles City, Pampanga.

Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, month-end close, accounts payable/receivable management, and payroll processing with STP and tax reporting. Buildertrend training is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of AU bookkeeping and payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with XERO or Buildertrend; training provided for Buildertrend.
• High attention to detail and strong numerical/analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, well-organized and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and general ledger maintenance, including categorising expenses and filing source documents in Xero.
• Cashflow reporting and weekly banking monitoring with budgeting support.
• Bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations; month-end close and monthly management reports.
• Payroll management, STP reporting, and compliance with awards and leave entitlements.
• Accounts receivable/payable management; intercompany reconciliations; fixed assets.
• Support year-end processes and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
