Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail‑driven Bookkeeper to join our hybrid team in the Philippines.

You’ll handle payroll for Australian clients, maintain Xero records and support practice administration and migration projects. Initially you will document processes, organise client files in Karbon, and complete data migration tasks, with growth into broader bookkeeping and tax workpapers under supervision.

Qualifications

• Australian payroll and bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in Xero payroll and reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail in documentation and records.
• Ability to document processes with clear steps and screenshots.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience in Australian accounting or bookkeeping practice.
• Ability to manage recurring tasks alongside project work.

Responsibilities

• Process and review payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain Xero records including reconciliations.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate issues.
• Assist with month-end and compliance tasks.
• Maintain audit trails and supporting records.
• Set up and maintain Karbon file structures.
• File historical tax returns and records in Karbon/Ignition.
• Complete data-clean-up and migration projects.
• Monitor work, meet deadlines, provide progress updates.
