Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an accounting specialist based in the Philippines to manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration within the finance team.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, plus 2+ years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Xero or QuickBooks and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA/CA qualification or willingness to study CPA/CA preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processing.
• Reconcile vendor statements to invoices and credits.
• Prepare vendor payment schedules and manage credit control.
