Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a diligent bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of Australian clients. You will prepare IAS/BAS, reconcile GST and PAYG, and maintain accurate client files using Xero and MYOB.

The role emphasizes adherence to documented processes, timely delivery, and clear client communication. You will work remotely with onboarding and structured milestones to support your success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or commerce is required.
• Minimum three years in bookkeeping or accounting with Australian clients.
• Solid knowledge of Australian GST, PAYG withholding, BAS/IAS prep.
• Proven experience with Xero and MYOB.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and write clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping for Australian client files in Xero and MYOB.
• Prepare IAS and BAS monthly and quarterly for review.
• Reconcile GST, PAYG withholding and instalments prior to lodgement.
• Process supplier docs with Dext and maintain source documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and payroll runs where applicable.
• Communicate with clients professionally using firm templates.
• Keep client files and working papers updated and auditable.
• Adhere to onboarding, checklists and security protocols.
