Axadra in Metro Manila is seeking a driven Business Development Officer to join a hybrid team. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue for our digital marketing services.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in B2B sales or account management, with strong knowledge of digital marketing services including SEO, paid media, and web development.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or account management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, paid media, and web development.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, prospecting, and closing with good objections handling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls and tailor digital solutions for clients.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal and closing.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records (HubSpot or similar).
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Help improve sales workflows and onboarding processes.
