The ideal candidate has 4+ years in application support with strong SQL, Java/.NET/Python, and familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. Banking/financial app experience is preferred; dayshift schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in application support, software development, or IT operations.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident mgmt, and root cause analysis.
• Proficient in Java, .NET, Python or similar.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of n-tier web apps, OS, and infra architecture.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL.
• Banking/financial app support preferred.
• CI/CD knowledge is a plus.
• Docker and Kubernetes exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for escalated application incidents and problems.
• Coordinate with development, infra, and other teams for issue resolution.
• Coordinate patches, maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Manage releases and post-implementation reviews.
• Maintain incident docs, guides, and knowledge base.
