Job summary

Citco Group of Companies is seeking a Windows Infrastructure Support Analyst in Manila to provide robust applications and infrastructure support across multiple divisions. The role emphasizes technical proficiency, collaboration with business units, and the ability to resolve complex IT issues promptly.

The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in Windows Servers, IIS, SQL data handling, and Microsoft technologies, with a proactive, high-initiative mindset.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience providing applications and Windows Infrastructure support with focus on Windows Servers and IIS Administration in the Financial Sector is required
• Three years’ Data Management experience, developing SQL queries, extracting, manipulating, and migrating data between application databases for reporting and troubleshooting
• Experience working with infrastructure, DBA, process development, configuration and testing teams, preferably with Microsoft Technologies (e.g., Dot Net)
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, especially pivot tables and data import/presentation
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Box, JIRA, Confluence is desirable

Responsibilities

• Administer and resolve support requests from application users via the Service Desk system
• Develop and maintain knowledge of business applications we support
• Prepare user documentation on supported applications and upgrades
• Install client components on user machines and help resolve related issues
• Act as liaison between business users, technical support, and developers/vendors
• Participate in discussions on upgrades or new functionality for applications
• Contribute to troubleshooting performance issues with data and applications
• Assist with testing and release processes for new or improved applications
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead
