Hammerjack Pty Ltd. is seeking a Senior FP&A & Accounting Analyst based in the Philippines to support the U.S.-based business.

The role combines financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and executive reporting to drive profitability and informed decision-making. You will partner with leaders across functions, manage forecasts, oversee close processes with the external accounting firm, and deliver clear financial insights for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• At least 5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies and understanding U.S. GAAP.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of the annual operating budget.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and rolling 13-week cash flow.
• Produce management reports and variance analyses for stakeholders.
• Oversee monthly close with external accounting firm and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Analyze inventory, cost of goods, gross margin, and profitability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
