Job summary

Lockton Philippines Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee existing client accounts in Metro Manila. You will manage renewals, coordinate with insurers for best benefit packages, and present renewal proposals to clients.

The role requires at least 5 years of industry experience and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; a background in HMO is preferred and will be viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Minimum 5 years industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• HMO background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages existing accounts and renewals.
• Performs renewal exercise and negotiations with existing clients in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
• Negotiates with insurers for the best benefit package and renewal rates.
• Conducts market research and prepares benefits program design for existing clients.
• Conducts renewal presentation to clients.
