Aon Philippines is seeking a Senior Account Broker to manage renewal processes, maintain client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. You will work across global accounts, delivering accurate renewals, endorsements, and underwriting decisions while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Health Solutions Budget and SPTI target through renewal plan management and booking processes.
• Ensure adherence to renewal metrics for global accounts and timely RFPs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to positively influence retention and value.
• Adhere to Aon Broker's Guide and achieve KPIs in operations and data management.
• Deliver timely and accurate invoices, UAT planning, and e-filing per ABG requirements.
• Provide timely feedback on client queries and maintain TRS targets.
