Job summary

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Client Management Officer (Renewals) to retain and grow existing B2B corporate accounts. You will bridge the HMO provider and corporate HR/Benefits teams to ensure renewals, client satisfaction, and profitability.

Based in Makati, this onsite role emphasizes renewal negotiations, utilization reviews, and opportunities for upselling within current clients. Strong skills in negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in client management or retention.
• Experience in healthcare, HMO, or insurance is required.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, relationship, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage corporate accounts with HR/Benefits stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Account Retention & Negotiation – Lead renewal discussions, present proposals, and execute strategic pricing adjustments to secure account retention and profitability.
• Utilization Analysis – Review client demographics and claims data to identify high-cost drivers and utilization trends.
• Upselling & Cross-selling – Identify opportunities within existing accounts for extended coverage, tiers, and rider benefits.
• Financial Administration – Manage the accounts receivable pipeline, monitor collections, and validate structural account data changes.
