Job summary

Gallagher Philippines is seeking an Account Management Associate to support end-to-end client servicing for insurance and risk solutions. You will work with Account Managers, Client Executives and Brokers to ensure timely policy administration, renewals, documentation, and reporting.

The role requires 1–3 years in insurance or financial services, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in insurance, financial services or administrative support.
• Experience in policy administration, renewals or client servicing is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with data, documentation and reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Client Executives in day-to-day client servicing.
• Coordinate policy renewals and prepare renewal documentation.
• Liaise with insurers, underwriters, clients and internal teams on servicing matters.
