Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior People Services Advisor to support EMEA, focusing on benefits administration and lifecycle governance from hire to off-boarding. You will manage complex benefits tasks, vendor coordination, and SLA compliance while enabling data-driven reporting.

You will mentor HR Advisors, handle Tier 2 escalations, and drive process improvements across benefits workflows, ensuring alignment with local regulations and global standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR Services or HR Operations with Benefits administration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead benefits administration and vendor coordination for EMEA.
• Manage HR operations cases to meet SLAs related to benefits and lifecycle queries.
• Govern employee lifecycle from hire to off-boarding in line with local/global regulations.
• Handle complex benefits tasks and Tier 2 escalations.
• Train and develop HR Advisors on benefits processes and policy application.
• Prepare monthly/ad-hoc reports and analytics on benefits utilization.
• Identify and implement process improvements in benefits workflows.
