Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to oversee administration of employee benefits, leave, retirement, and compensation programs for U.S.-based staff. You will work with HR, payroll, and external partners to ensure accurate, confidential processing and regulatory compliance.

In this role you will analyze data, support ACA reporting and nondiscrimination testing, and drive process improvements across Total Rewards programs while maintaining high service standards for employees

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with benefits/leave/retirement exposure.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based employee programs and regulations preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support benefits, retirement, leave, and compensation programs for U.S.-based employees.
• Process enrollments, life events, status changes, leaves, and open enrollment.
• Act as primary contact for employees, managers, vendors, and partners.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and related systems.
• Support FMLA, ADA, disability, paid leave, PTO, and return-to-work processes.
• Conduct data reviews, audits, and validations for HR/benefits data.
• Assist with ACA reporting, retirement plan audits, and nondiscrimination testing.
• Provide support for compensation initiatives and salary benchmarking.
• Assist with acquisitions onboarding and integration of benefits/compensation.
• Prepare communications and training resources for Total Rewards programs.
