Qualifications

• 5+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• CEBS or CBP certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Knowledge of regulations affecting employee benefits programs.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day contact for benefits questions and enrollment.
• Manage vendor and broker relationships.
• Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment and testing.
• Ensure compliance with benefit regulatory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics on benefits data.
• Reconcile monthly vendor invoices and benefits deductions.
