Job summary

Luxasia, Inc. invites enthusiastic interns to join its Retail Education team in the Philippines. You will support curriculum development, update digital training modules, and coordinate training sessions across stores. This 3–4 month internship offers hands-on exposure to luxury brand education and multi-department collaboration.

You will gain experience in program delivery, materials management, and event planning, working closely with the Retail Education Manager and Dior ambassadors.

• Open to a 3–4 months contract.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Support: Update training guides, digital modules, and presentation decks for store employees.
• Program Coordination: Schedule training sessions, track attendance, and update training materials.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze training completion rates and gather feedback from Dior Ambassadors.
• Digital learning: assist in updating and managing MyDior learning modules.
• Assist the Retail Education Manager with daily admin tasks.
• Help prepare and coordinate packing of Dior ambassadors’ grooming products and distribution.
• Document training sessions and help plan Dior Team events.
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
