Job summary

HRTx Inc in Taguig seeks a Senior Category Head (Beauty) E-commerce to drive digital growth, owning online revenue across Shopify and major marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You will lead a dedicated team to execute high-impact promotional strategies and scale the brand’s presence in the Philippine market.

You will oversee performance marketing, optimize conversions, plan promotions, and monitor GMV, AOV, CAC to maximize profitability, collaborating with Brand and Creative teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 5–8 years in ecommerce/digital retail with 2–3 in leadership.
• Proven track record managing Shopify and SEA marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Revenue Growth: Own total online sales target and develop growth strategies for Shopify and multi-channel marketplaces.
• Marketplace Mastery: Oversee end-to-end operations on Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and TikTok Shop, including campaigns and listings optimization.
• Performance Marketing Oversight: Lead digital advertising strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok with efficient spend and strong ROAS.
• Conversion Optimization: Improve Shopify site health, UX, product pages and conversion funnels.
• Promotional Planning: Design and execute a commercial calendar with bundles, flash sales, and hero launches with Brand Managers.
• Data-Driven Analytics: Monitor GMV, AOV, CAC to identify trends and pivot strategies for profitability.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team (Performance Marketing and Ops) with cross-functional collaboration.
