Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati is seeking a senior ecommerce leader to drive online sales across platforms, including Shopify and major marketplaces. You will lead a team, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with brand managers to align product launches with promotional strategies.

The role requires 5–8 years in ecommerce or digital marketing with 2–3 years in leadership. Strong analytics and campaign management across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, ecommerce, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
• 2–3 years of leadership or managerial experience overseeing ecommerce operations or teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage total online sales performance across all ecommerce platforms.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue on Shopify websites and marketplaces.
• Monitor sales daily, weekly, and monthly and drive improvements to hit targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, AOV, and conversion rates.
• Manage marketplace presence on Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and TikTok Shop.
• Coordinate with Brand Managers and campaigns for major sales events.
• Oversee Shopify site optimization, product pages, and analytics.
• Provide strategic direction for digital advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
• Lead the ecommerce team and collaborate with Creative Team for assets.
