You will lead growth initiatives, optimize inventory and operations, and build relationships with internal and external partners to improve portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in e-commerce, commercial or category management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, marketplaces, and supply chain operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing e-commerce team to hit business objectives.
• Manage strategic relationships with internal teams, marketplaces, and digital partners.
• Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies, KPIs, and go-to-market plans.
• Analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Oversee account operations, inventory management, and overall portfolio performance.
