Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, banking, management, or related field.
• Significant banking industry experience required.
• 8-10+ years in progressive banking operations with leadership exposure.
• Proven experience managing teams and complex operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulatory compliance, risk management and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day banking operations and ensure efficient execution of processes.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational policies, procedures and controls.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance, service levels, productivity, and KPIs.
• Lead operations teams with coaching, performance management, and staff development.
