Job summary

Chinabank Philippines is seeking an Operations Officer to oversee daily operations, ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time, and support service excellence across the business.

You will lead a team, monitor workflows, handle customer inquiries, coordinate with internal partners, review reports for accuracy, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• Banking operations experience, remittance operations, reconciliation, investigations, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are important.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
