Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ROPA experience preferred.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Operations Division and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Assist in implementing operational policies, procedures, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with BSP regulations, internal policies, and governance requirements.
• Coordinate RCSA, KRI, CAPA, and audit requirements.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, operational initiatives, and stakeholder activities.
• Monitor operational risks, investigate incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and approval records.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to support operational requirements.
• Support business continuity, operational transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Coordinate with other business units in terms of follow up and other regulatory requirements.
