Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Java development with architecture experience.
• 2+ years in technical architecture and distributed system design.
• ≥2 years building payment infrastructure and cross-border platforms.
• Lead developer or architect for end-to-end payment lifecycles.
• Experience with international payment rails and card networks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, end-to-end development, and performance optimization of the core cross-border payment platform.
• Architect anti-fund-loss frameworks and automated reconciliation to prevent capital leaks.
• Drive integrations with international payment rails, banking channels, LPMs, and card networks.
• Optimize infrastructure for high availability, low latency, and data consistency.
• Collaborate with risk, finance, compliance, and product teams to improve stability and compliance.
