About the role
The Senior Digital Workforce Agent (DWA) Developer serves as a technical anchor within the Global Capability Center (GCC) in the Philippines. In this leadership role, you will architect, scale, and govern enterprise-grade AI-agent platforms for U.S. client operations. You will define platform integration patterns, engineer advanced LangGraph and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server scaffolds, drive DevSecOps practices across Microsoft Azure ecosystems, and mentor junior/mid-level developers in AI-assisted development environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for scalable, reusable DWA platforms. Architect agent graph structures, MCP server scaffolds, document ingestion/vector pipelines (Azure AI Search), and human-in-the-loop approval workflows using Python and FastAPI.
- Design enterprise LLM integration patterns (Azure OpenAI), prompt management frameworks, grounding techniques, and model abstractions. Oversee cloud infrastructure deployment across Azure Container Apps, Event Grid, Cosmos DB, and Key Vault via CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and own the platform-wide test strategy covering unit, integration, BDD/acceptance, and end-to-end automation. Champion Behavior-Driven Development (pytest-bdd/Gherkin) and ensure strict adherence to auditability, observability, and security standards.
- Mentor Junior and Mid-Level engineers through code reviews, pair programming in Devin Desktop, and technical briefings. Draft Architectural Decision Records (ADRs), system reference models, and engineering standards.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- 5-8+ years of software development experience, including production-grade Python services, AI-agent frameworks, and enterprise application architecture.
- Proven experience leading technical design, code reviews, and mentoring junior/mid-level engineers.
- Expert proficiency in Python, FastAPI, LangGraph/LangChain, MCP, and Azure OpenAI.
- Strong experience with Azure Container Apps, Container Registry, Cosmos DB, Event Grid, Key Vault, Azure AI Search, CI/CD, and PowerShell automation.
- Advanced knowledge of LLM integration, prompt management, grounding, vector/document pipelines, and multi-tenant architectures.
- Strong experience with BDD and automated testing using pytest, pytest-bdd, Gherkin, or behave.
- Advanced proficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Devin Desktop and modern DevSecOps practices.
- Excellent English communication and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours / Philippine night shift as required.
Benefits
