Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to acquire and onboard corporate users in the Angeles area, driving outbound leads, presenting our on-demand delivery solutions, and negotiating contracts with local partners to ensure sustainable growth.

You will prepare quotations and sales documents, handle inquiries, and maintain weekly reports while occasionally doing fieldwork at Gruppo De Diamante, Magalang Avenue, Angeles City, Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• At least two years of experience in telesales.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales.
• Willing to work on-site in Gruppo De Diamante, Magalang Avenue, Brgy. Pandan, Angeles City, Pampanga and do fieldwork activities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire aggressively and onboard corporate users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and prepare the proposals and quotation for clients.
• Sells the on-demand delivery solutions of the company through outbound lead generation efforts.
• Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership.
• Assist to prepare sales documents such as quotations, purchasing orders, sales invoices, packing list, delivery documents and payment settlement/refund.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions to the customers.
• Monitoring of internal practices and processes, administrative activities and weekly reports
