Job summary

ESOL IT SERVICES INC. seeks an experienced AR/Collections professional to manage high-value B2B portfolios from Manila on a night-shift aligned with US business hours.

You will lead disputes, coordinate with Billing, Logistics, and Credit teams, mentor juniors, and drive cash flow improvements through robust collection strategies. The role requires 5+ years in B2B collections, proficiency with Oracle Collections, HighRadius, and ERP systems, plus strong English communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
• At least 5 years of B2B collections experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Collections.
• Experience in B2B collections, dispute management, and deduction resolution.
• Ability to analyze customer accounts and drive resolutions.
• Willingness to work night shift aligned with US business hours.
• Willingness to work full onsite in Manila.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection efforts for high-value and complex B2B customer portfolios.
• Contact customers via calls and emails to follow up on past-due accounts and payments.
• Manage collection of past-due invoices and delinquent accounts.
• Serve as escalation point for disputes and non-cooperative accounts.
• Research disputes using ERP systems, particularly Oracle Collections.
• Monitor accounts for non-payment and irregularities.
• Collaborate with Billing, Pricing, Logistics, and Credit teams to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior collections analysts on processes and tools.
• Develop and execute collections strategies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to resolve issues and accelerate collections.
• Provide feedback on call quality and process adherence.
• Arrange payment plans and follow up for delinquent accounts.
• Process credit card payments and apply cash receipts accurately.
• Maintain call logs and document commitments in billing system.
• Prepare AR reports, portfolio analysis, and cash collection forecasts.
• Perform routine reconciliations and reduce aging across portfolios.
• Coordinate actions for holds on customer orders.
• Obtain supporting documentation for disputes and deductions.
• Generate daily portfolio reports to track balances and performance.
• Identify performance gaps and developmental opportunities within the team.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
• Support month-end close activities for Accounts Receivable.
