Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. seeks an AV Technology Support specialist to manage and troubleshoot service requests and support video conferencing tools across the organization. You will maintain conference room operations, act as the Digital Signage SME, and design/ configure signage players while updating training materials.

Strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration are essential. The role requires 2–4 years in AV tech support with a related bachelor's degree (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in AV technology support.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience supporting video conferencing equipment (Poly/Crestron/Biamp/Shure, etc.) required.
• Understanding of how Zoom and Teams platforms function preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot service requests and incidents in a timely fashion.
• Maintain operation of conference rooms via endpoint management tools and routine checks.
• Serve as subject matter expert and administrator for Digital Signage.
• Design, purchase, and configure Digital Signage players.
• Update training documentation and host trainings.
• Lead and manage decommissioning projects.
• Provide support in-person, by phone, or remotely.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills to deliver quality customer service.
