Job summary

MA Financial Group is seeking an Australian Mortgage Loan Processor to manage residential mortgage applications end-to-end from lodgement through settlement, working with Australian mortgage brokers, lenders, and solicitors in a hybrid BGC, Taguig setup.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years' Australian residential mortgage processing experience, proficiency with ApplyOnline and Australian lender portals, and strong attention to detail to meet lender conditions and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' Australian residential mortgage processing experience
• End-to-end mortgage processing experience (lodgement through settlement)
• Hands-on experience with ApplyOnline
• Experience using Australian lender portals
• Strong understanding of Australian lending policies and credit assessment
• Experience completing servicing calculations and reviewing living expenses
• Experience managing valuations and lender conditions
• Exposure to complex lending scenarios including self-employed borrowers, trusts, and multiple securities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management

Responsibilities

• Review client fact finds, loan scenarios, and supporting documents
• Prepare and lodge mortgage applications using CRM platforms and ApplyOnline
• Follow up outstanding requirements with brokers and clients
• Order valuations and monitor application progress
• Review servicing, lender conditions, and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate loan records and pipeline updates
• Review conditional and formal approvals
• Coordinate outstanding conditions prior to settlement
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and settlement teams
• Process discharge authorities for refinance applications
• Ensure applications meet lender requirements and internal service standards
