Job summary

Boutique Outsource Solutions Pty Ltd in Pasig City is seeking a Loan Processing Officer with 1-3 years of Australian mortgage experience. You will liaise with customers, banks, and accountants to collect documents, run loan scenarios, and prepare applications for submission.

On-site role with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timely updates. Requirements include a related Bachelor's degree, knowledge of mortgage regulations, strong math and English communication, and the ability to learn

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, financial management, mathematics or related field.
Background in Australian Mortgage and regulatory requirements is a must.
Experience working with broker/lender.
Ability to learn CRM and web-based lender platforms/interfaces such as ApplyOnline, MyCRM, Mercury.
Knowledge of property purchase and mortgage lending requirements, industry compliance guidelines, and the ability to understand and apply bank/lender policies and procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate well both in written and spoken English.
Effective planning and time management skills.
Willing to work on-site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

Liaise with customers via phone and email to collect details (fact find and budget) and documents for loan assessment.
Liaise with stakeholders (Banks, Lenders, Accountants, etc.) and internal departments; order valuations and credit reports; run loan scenarios with bank staff.
Respond to enquiries professionally, accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide timely updates regarding loan applications to stakeholders via email and other channels.
Put together loan applications ready for submission to the bank.
Adhere to legal, compliance, credit, and customer service standards.
End-to-end processing for all loans until settlement.
