Job summary

Twoconnect Careers seeks a Senior Australian-Experienced Bookkeeper to own finance operations for two Australian companies. You will handle bookkeeping, payroll, BAS, AP/AR, inventory, purchasing, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

The role requires advanced MYOB EXO and Excel skills, close coordination with the director and warehouse team, and the ability to work remotely from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5-6 years Australian bookkeeping experience.
• Australian bookkeeping qualifications/certification.
• Advanced MYOB EXO experience and independent work ability.
• Advanced Excel skills (SUMIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Knowledge of GST, BAS, PAYG, payroll, superannuation, STP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping and ledgers across two Australian companies.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and finance accounts; ensure audit trail.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable; supplier/purchase order matching.
• Process fortnightly Australian payroll and STP reporting.
• Prepare GST reconciliations and BAS workpapers; liaise with accountant.
• Monitor inventory levels; reconcile Shopify sales and inventory.
• Prepare monthly/annual budgets and cash-flow forecasts.
• Produce month-end reports with variance analysis.
